"Refund was handled really quickly"
I had to return a dress because it just didn’t fit right, and I was a little worried it might turn into a hassle. But the refund came through within a few days with no chasing, no awkward delays, and no stress. It made me feel like they actually have the process sorted, which I really appreciated. "Pretty solid if you get what you ordered"
I think it’s a good buy as long as it matches what you ordered. The quality is great, the fabric feels soft but still thick enough, and the stitching looks solid to me. I’ve worn it a few times already and it still looks good, so I’m not sure what else people expect.

"Shipping was actually reasonable"
I ordered a dress from Le Chateau and was glad the shipping cost wasn’t ridiculous (some sites really sneak that in at the end). The price was shown clearly before I checked out, so there were no weird surprise fees. The package arrived in a decent amount of time too. Overall, it was a easy order and I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Not terrible, but they didn’t follow through"
It was okay overall, but kind of frustrating. There were a few good parts, but they promised certain things would be better or handled a certain way, and that just didn’t really happen. Not the worst experience, but definitely not amazing either

"Way nicer fabric than I expected"
I ordered a dress from Le Chateau the fabric surprised me in a good way. Usually dresses like this look cute online and then feel super cheap in person, but this one was actually soft without being thin. The lining didn’t itch or bunch up at all, which is basically all I ever ask for in a dress. It had a nice weight to it too, and I wore it the whole night without it getting weird or losing its shape

Umm, I ordered it after looking through the pictures a few times, and the dress pretty much came exactly as shown. The fit was nice too, so I’m happy with it. No complaints from me.

I was really pleased with my experience on lechateau.com. The dress I wanted was actually available in my size, which feels rare lately since so many sites show items that end up being sold out once you click on them. Checkout was quick and easy too. It was just nice to shop without wasting time on things I couldn’t actually buy.

I was a little unsure about what size to order at first, because sizing charts can be hit or miss sometimes, but in this case it worked out really well. I followed the measurements on the chart and the dress fit me just about exactly the way I was hoping it would. No weird surprises or needing to size up or down, which was a relief

I ordered from lechateau.com and, to be fair, my package showed up exactly when they said it would. I didn’t have to follow up or deal with any weird delays, which was nice. The delivery part was really smooth overall. That said, the tracking updates could’ve been a little clearer, so I was still checking more than I wanted to. But in the end, it arrived on time and I’m happy with that...
